Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) has received a request for an administrative waiver of the U.S.-build requirement of the coastwise laws. Interested parties can comment on the potential impact of the waiver on U.S. vessel builders or businesses using U.S.-flag vessels until a decision is made.
