RSPA Makes Electronic Submission of Hazardous Materials Incident Reports Available

The US Department of Transportation's Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is now offering a programming tool for companies and individuals to electronically submit hazardous materials incident reports, starting from January 1, 2005, replacing the traditional paper-based reporting method.
