RSPA Imposes Interim Final Rule on Transportation of Primary Lithium Batteries Aboard Passenger Aircraft

The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Regulatory Safety Policy Agency (RSPA) are issuing a new rule to restrict the transportation of primary lithium batteries and cells on passenger aircraft, while allowing personal use in checked luggage.
