FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Airbus A319, A320, and A321 Series Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing a new airworthiness directive to modify the telescopic girt bar of the escape slide/raft assembly on Airbus Model A319, A320, and A321 series airplanes, aiming to prevent the slide from failing to deploy correctly during an emergency evacuation.
