RSPA Proposes Regulations for Safe Food Transportation

The Regulatory Science Partnership Alliance (RSPA) is proposing new regulations to ensure the safe transportation of food and food products in commerce, referencing requirements from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Food and Drug Administration, in an effort to implement the Sanitary Food Transportation Act of 1990.
