RSPA Proposes Ban on Flammable Liquids in Unprotected Product Piping on Cargo Tanks

The RSPA is proposing to amend the Hazardous Materials Regulations to prohibit the transportation of flammable liquids in unprotected product piping on existing and newly manufactured cargo tank motor vehicles, aiming to reduce fatalities and injuries resulting from such accidents, in collaboration with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
