USDA Declines to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Lingle-Ft. Laramie Water Quality Project

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, has announced that it will not prepare an environmental impact statement for the Lingle-Ft. Laramie Water Quality Project in Goshen County, Wyoming, citing exemptions under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
