Rural Empowerment Zones and Enterprise Communities Program Regulations Revised by U.S. Department of Agriculture

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Secretary, through the Under Secretary for Rural Development, has revised the regulations for the Rural Empowerment Zones and Enterprise Communities program, updating the definition of the designation date to include the dates when two rural empowerment zones authorized by the Community Renewal Tax Relief Act of 2000 (Round III) were designated.
