FSIS to Make Salmonella Test Results Publicly Available

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is announcing its plan to release the results of its Salmonella testing on livestock and poultry carcasses and in raw ground meat and poultry products, following a petition from the Center for Science in the Public Interest and suggestions from meat and poultry processors and the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF).
