Spearmint Oil Assessment Rate Increased to $0.10 per Pound

The Spearmint Oil Administrative Committee will increase the assessment rate for spearmint oil handlers from $0.09 to $0.10 per pound, effective for the 2003-2004 marketing year and beyond, to cover reasonable expenses in administering the program.
