Belarus Sanctions Regulations Updated by US Treasury Department

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has adopted a final rule to amend and reissue the Belarus Sanctions Regulations, implementing changes related to an August 9, 2021 Executive order and sovereign debt issued pursuant to that order.
