Western Area Power Administration Approves Provisional Formula Rates for Central Valley Project and Transmission Upgrades

The Deputy Secretary of Energy has confirmed and approved Rate Order No. WAPA-115, which includes provisional formula rates for power, transmission, and ancillary services for the Central Valley Project and transmission upgrades, including the Path 15 Transmission Upgrade, until further review by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
