U.S. Department of State Requests OMB Approval for Reconstruction and Stabilization Volunteer Application and Evaluation Form

The Department of State is seeking public comment on a new information collection form, DS-4096, used to evaluate applications from civilians with experience in reconstruction and stabilization activities or those wishing to volunteer for additional deployments, with an estimated annual burden of 1200 hours.
