U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Exchange Visitor Program Annual Report

The Department of State is requesting a 60-day public comment period for its proposed annual report on the Exchange Visitor Program, a mandatory requirement for designated J-1 program sponsors, as part of its effort to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
