Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) Seeks Grant Proposals for Summer Institute for Youth Program

The Office of Citizen Exchanges, Youth Programs Division of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is soliciting proposals from eligible organizations to establish a three-week summer institute in the United States for up to 40 teenagers aged 16-19 from Europe, Eurasia, and the United States, focusing on civic education, leadership development, and community activism.
