The Office of Citizen Exchanges, Youth Programs Division of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is soliciting proposals from eligible organizations to establish a three-week summer institute in the United States for up to 40 teenagers aged 16-19 from Europe, Eurasia, and the United States, focusing on civic education, leadership development, and community activism.
