U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Revised Child Abduction Application

The Department of State is requesting a 60-day public comment period for a revised application form, DS-3013, used for international child abduction cases under the Hague Convention, as part of its efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
