US Department of State Proposes New Regulations for Intercountry Adoption

The US Department of State is proposing new regulations to implement the Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption and the Intercountry Adoption Act, governing the application process for Hague Convention Certificates and Declarations in US adoption cases, and establishing a process for certification of US adoptions in accordance with the Convention.
