U.S. Expands Guidance on Nonimmigrant Visa Reviews Under Immigration and Nationality Act

The U.S. government has updated its rules to clarify who should review nonimmigrant visa issuances and refusals, and what types of cases should be reviewed, in an effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the visa application process.
