U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Form DS-1884 to Classify Special Immigrant Under INA 203(b)(4)

The Department of State is requesting a 60-day public comment period for a proposed information collection, Form DS-1884, to classify special immigrants under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) 203(b)(4) as employees or former employees of the U.S. government abroad, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
