U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for A, G, or NATO Visa Application Form

The Department of State is requesting a 60-day public comment period for its proposed information collection, the Application for A, G, or NATO Visa form (DS-1648), which is used by applicants for reauthorizations of these visas, with an estimated 20,000 respondents expected to submit the form, averaging 30 minutes per response.
