Transitional Application Deadline for Adoption Service Providers Applying for Accreditation, Temporary Accreditation, or Approval Under the Intercountry Adoption Act of 2000

The US Department of State is announcing a transitional application deadline (TAD) for adoption service providers seeking accreditation, temporary accreditation, or approval under the Intercountry Adoption Act of 2000. Agencies must submit their applications and required fees on or before the TAD to be eligible for accreditation or approval once the 1993 Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption enters into force in the US.
