Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Proposals for Iraqi Young Leaders Exchange Program

The U.S. government is seeking proposals from eligible non-profit organizations to support the Iraqi Young Leaders Exchange Program, which aims to recruit and send English-speaking high school students from Iraq to the U.S. for leadership development and civic education projects.
