Notice of Effective Date for Implementation of Five-Year Professor and Research Scholar Exchange Program

The U.S. Department of State has extended the duration of the Exchange Visitor Program from three to five years for professor and researcher participants, with the changes taking effect on November 4, 2006, following modifications to the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) necessary to reflect the changes.
