U.S. Department of State Submits 30-Day Notice for Consular Report of Birth Abroad Form

The U.S. Department of State has submitted a 30-day notice to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval of a proposed information collection, specifically the DS-2029 form, which is used by parents or legal guardians of U.S. citizen children born overseas to report their child's birth abroad.
