U.S. Department of State Submits Request for Approval of Information Collection for Special Immigrant Petition

The U.S. Department of State has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval of a new information collection, DS-1884, which is used by aliens petitioning for immigrant visas under the INA 203(b)(4) as an employee or former employee of the U.S. Government Abroad.
