U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Electronic Diversity Visa Entry Form

The Department of State is requesting a 60-day public comment period for its proposed Electronic Diversity Visa Entry Form, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
