FinCEN Announces Expiration of Conditional Exception to Bank Secrecy Act Regulations

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is notifying financial institutions that a conditional exception to Bank Secrecy Act regulations regarding the transmission of funds will expire on May 31, 2003, allowing them to resume requiring true customer names and addresses.
