IRS Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Form 1040 TeleFile and Form 8855-V, TeleFile Payment Voucher

The US Department of the Treasury is seeking public input on proposed information collections, including Form 1040 TeleFile and Form 8855-V, TeleFile Payment Voucher, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
