U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control Authorizes Humanitarian Activities by Nongovernmental Organizations in Iraq and Iran

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control is introducing new regulations to allow nongovernmental organizations to conduct humanitarian activities in areas of Iraq not under government control and in Iran to support humanitarian efforts in Iraq, while also permitting humanitarian assessment missions in both countries.
