The Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Texas has been amended, extending the incident period for extreme wildfire threats that began on November 27, 2005, with an effective date of May 1, 2006, and loan application deadlines of May 30, 2006, for physical loans and October 11, 2006, for Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDLs).
