FEMA Declares Major Disaster in Washington State

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued a Notice of Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only in the State of Washington, effective May 17, 2006, following severe storms, flooding, tidal surge, landslides, and mudslides that occurred from January 27, 2006, to February 4, 2006.
