Small Business Administration to Refund 22 Small Business Development Centers' Applications Subject to Intergovernmental Review

The Small Business Administration is notifying the public that it intends to refund 22 existing Small Business Development Centers' applications on October 1, 2006, pending intergovernmental review and subject to available funds, with the exception of six states not participating in the EO 12372 process.
