Small Business Administration to Refund 42 Small Business Development Centers' Applications Subject to Intergovernmental Review

The Small Business Administration is notifying the public that it intends to refund 42 existing Small Business Development Centers' applications on January 1, 2007, pending intergovernmental review, with 14 states excluded from the EO 12372 process.
