SBA Amends Regulations to Reflect Office of Disaster Assistance Reorganization

The Small Business Administration (SBA) has issued a direct final rule to update its regulations following the reorganization of the Office of Disaster Assistance (ODA), which now includes five disaster centers and a personnel and administrative services center, and makes conforming amendments to the SBA's Disaster Loan Program regulations.
