NMFS Proposes Exempted Fishing Permit for Northeastern US Fisheries

The Assistant Regional Administrator for Sustainable Fisheries, Northeast Region, NMFS, has proposed recommending an Exempted Fishing Permit (EFP) that would allow commercial fishing vessels to conduct restricted fishing operations in the Northeastern United States, subject to further review and consultation.
