US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Dumping Margin for PET Film from India
The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip from India, and has preliminarily determined that a dumping margin exists for one manufacturer/exporter, covering the period December 21, 2001, through June 30, 2003.
