Postponement of Preliminary Determination of Antidumping Duty Investigation: Certain Circular Welded Carbon Quality Line Pipe From the People's Republic of China

The US Department of Commerce is delaying the preliminary determination of an antidumping duty investigation into circular welded carbon quality line pipe imported from China until September 29, 2004. This decision is based on section 733(c)(1)(B) of the Tariff Act of 1930.
