US Department of Commerce Announces Preliminary Countervailing Duty Determination for PET Resin from India
The US Department of Commerce has found that Indian producers and exporters of Bottle-Grade Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Resin are receiving subsidies, and has set the stage for a final determination.
