Export Controls on Military Vehicles and Parts Clarified

The US government has clarified export controls on parts and components of certain military ground vehicles, adding a new class of vehicles to the Commerce Control List and providing guidance on classifying and distinguishing these vehicles from those subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
