NMFS Publishes Final Rule to Reorganize Fishing Capacity Reduction Program Regulations

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is reorganizing its fishing capacity reduction program regulations and fee system to improve understanding and ease of use, while also redesignating provisions related to the Shark Finning Prohibition Act and other fisheries regulations.
