US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Antidumping Duties on Seamless Pipe from Romania

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily found that sales of seamless pipe from Romania have been made below normal value, and will instruct US Customs and Border Protection to assess antidumping duties on exports by Silcotub, a Romanian producer/exporter, during the specified period. The preliminary results may lead to the imposition of duties on Silcotub's exports, while Petrotub's review is being rescinded due to the withdrawal of the petitioner's request.
