Department of Commerce Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection for Sea Turtle Entanglement Reporting

The Department of Commerce is requesting public comment on a proposed information collection to reduce paperwork burden, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and is inviting other federal agencies to participate in the comment process.
