Certification of Factual Information To Import Administration During Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Proceedings

The Department of Commerce ("the Department") is proposing to amend a regulation, which governs the certification of factual information submitted to the Department by a person or their representative during antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings. The proposed amendments are intended to strengthen the current certification requirements, so that it is clear what has been certified, by whom and when, and so that parties and their counsel are aware of the potential consequences of false certifications.
