Call for Proposals for FY 2005 Coastal Services Center Integrated Ocean Observing Systems-Amendment

The National Ocean Service (NOS) is seeking proposals for the FY 2005 Coastal Services Center Integrated Ocean Observing Systems-Amendment, with a maximum total funding of $5,000,000. The new deadline for applications has been extended to December 1, 2004.
