NMFS Proposes Exempted Fishing Permit for Northeastern US Fisheries

The Assistant Regional Administrator for Sustainable Fisheries, Northeast Region, NMFS, has proposed recommending an Exempted Fishing Permit (EFP) that would allow one vessel to conduct restricted fishing operations in the Northeastern United States, with exemptions from the NE multispecies days-at-sea effort control program for up to 11 days.
