U.S. Affirms Preliminary Finding of Undervalued Carbon Pipe Imports from South Korea, Postpones Final Decision

The U.S. Commerce Department has confirmed its preliminary determination that South Korean circular welded carbon-quality line pipe is being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, and has delayed its final decision on the matter
