US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Chinese Pipe Imports Sold at Less Than Fair Value
The US Department of Commerce has determined that imports of certain Chinese-made circular welded carbon quality line pipe are being sold in the US at below-market prices, and is seeking public comment on the finding.
