Entities Request Amendment to Scientific Research Permits for Marine Mammals and Endangered Species
The National Marine Mammal Laboratory and East Coast Biologists, Inc. have submitted requests to modify their scientific research permits for marine mammals and endangered species, according to a notice filed with the NMFS.
