Public Comment Period for IOOS Development Plan

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking public comments on the First Annual Integrated Ocean Observing System (IOOS) Development Plan, which is available for review on the NOAA website at www.ocean.us. Comments must be submitted by November 1, 2004, to NOAA's IOOS program manager, Kristine Stump, via email at [email protected] or by mail to NOAA's Arlington office at 2300 Clarendon Boulevard, Suite 1350, Arlington, VA 22201.
